Privacy policy
What we collect right now
PachiPass is a static website. We don’t currently use analytics, tracking cookies, advertising scripts or user accounts. The contact form isn’t connected yet, so it doesn’t send or store anything.
We’re building a separate, Japanese-language members area for pachinko hall staff (accounts, course progress and self-assessments). It isn’t live yet, and it has its own draft privacy notice at /ja/members/privacy/. Visitors to this guide don’t need an account.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance. TODO: confirm once hosting is chosen.
In the future
- Analytics: if we add analytics (for example Google Analytics 4), we’ll update this page and add a consent banner where required.
- Affiliate links: partners such as tour or eSIM sites may set their own cookies when you click through. Their privacy policies apply.
- Contact form: we’ll use your name and email only to reply.
